The Chamber is exhibiting and speaking at the 3rd Annual Embassies Business Fair and Conference, 8 and 9 September at the CSIR International Convention Centre.

The Chamber leads a South African delegation to Chișinău from 27 September, at the written invitation of the Invest Moldova Agency, with meetings at three Moldovan ministries.

Moldova’s Independence Day marked in Pretoria

The 35th anniversary of Moldova’s independence was marked in Pretoria on 27 August, with the Ambassador of Romania attending as guest of honour and the Embassy of Ukraine represented. Hosted by Moldova in Africa.

Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Chamber joined the JCCI as an affiliated member. An application to the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry is submitted.

European Parliament, Brussels

The Chamber is a confirmed participant at a high-level conference at the European Parliament on 14 October, on economic cooperation across the European Union, Ukraine, Romania and Moldova.

World Food Forum, Rome

The Chamber attends the United Nations World Food Forum at FAO Headquarters from 8 to 16 October, through the International Chamber of Commerce network.

Limpopo Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Pierre Calitz was appointed Head of Missions and International Relations at the LCCI, formalising the Chamber’s relationship with Limpopo’s provincial business institution.

South Africa–Namibia Presidential Business Forum

The Chamber was represented at the state visit business forum in Midrand, addressed by both Heads of State, where the SACCI–NCCI Economic Partnership Agreement was signed.
